The Ja Cosmo Hotel And Spa exceeded my expectations in several ways. the database mentioned that the hotel had a jacuzzi in the room, and I must say it was an absolute delight. After a long day of exploring Hanoi, soaking in the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind and relax. the provided database was accurate about the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable.
While my overall experience was fantastic, I did notice one minor drawback mentioned in the database. The room was advertised as having 2 double beds, which would have been ideal for my family of four.

Location: the hotel was next to downtown and major attractions and the Old Quarter and The French Quarter. The room we had included it's own balcony, a living area, and a writing table.
